HOW IT WORKS
From one-on-one portraits to capturing the energy of sold-out shows, I make every shoot collaborative, relaxed, and tailored to you and your brand. Here’s how the process unfolds; whether you’re booking a creative session, influencer shoot, or a major event.
1. Enquiry & Consultation
Share your goals, location ideas, and the mood or story you want your images to tell. If it’s an event, include the date, venue, schedule, and any must-capture moments. We’ll have a detailed consultation to shape the vision; covering everything from creative style and branding needs to access, logistics, and key moments so nothing is left to chance.
2. Planning & Booking
We’ll lock in the location(s), date, and creative direction, along with any special concepts or requirements. I’ll coordinate with any relevant teams or organisers, confirm timelines, and provide a clear proposal outlining coverage, deliverables, and expectations. A deposit and contract secure your booking.
3. Shoot Day
I arrive prepared and ahead of time, scouting the space and setting up backup gear. Whether it’s a portrait session or a live event, my approach is professional yet unobtrusive; guiding you naturally, capturing authentic moments, and adapting seamlessly to any last-minute changes. Expect everything from cinematic wide shots to intimate close-ups that tell a complete story.
4. Editing & Delivery
Highlights are delivered quickly for social or press use when needed, followed by a complete, fully edited gallery. Every image is hand-finished to enhance colour, contrast, and atmosphere, ensuring your story is told in vivid, cinematic detail. Galleries are private, easy to download, share, or order as prints, with custom formats available on request.
5. Add-Ons & Bespoke Options
Every project is unique, so the process can flex to fit your vision. Options include multi-photographer coverage, on-site image delivery, VIP or backstage sessions, extra retouching, priority turnaround, studio hire, professional makeup, multi-location shoots, and fine art prints or albums.
